I started my cooking career at the age of 22 with a Prince George neighborhood pub. Followed shortly thereafter by a job with The Coast Inn of the North Hotel under several chefs, receiving my Red Seal in 2005. I completed my culinary education with a two year apprenticeship through Okanagan University College.
I spent 8 years in the culinary industry and in 2006 I left the Coast hotel to persue other ventures until March 2009 when I decided to re-enter the hospitality industry. I am very happy to come back to this industry and open a restaurant that I believe fits well into the Prince George market. Its been a life long dream to open and run a restaurant that offers great food and fine wine at on affordable price. I look forward to seeing you at the ‘Twisted Cork’.
